If you're interested in doing some good for refugees today (I hope you are!), Neil Gaiman's found a novel way to raise money for them. If enough people pitch in, he's going to do an audiobook reading of... the menu for The Cheesecake Factory. Yes. That's really silly, but I won't lie to you, I rather want to hear it. Even if you can't donate right now, maybe inform the Gaiman fan in your life. Or the Cheesecake Factory fan.
